Samantha represents the next generation of the family business, bringing over two decades of industry experience across property development, marketing, sales, financial investment and Retirement Village management. Focused on delivering exceptional support to residents, Samantha is a well-known face across all communities, renowned for her approachable nature and steadfast focus on customer satisfaction.

Joining the team in 2008, Nolan has been instrumental in the evolution of the business which has now grown into a leading provider of Retirement Communities in Bayside, Melbourne. Responsible for all financial and general management operations of the communities, Nolan is a trusted and respected contact amongst the team, residents and their families.

With a background in health services and with over 20 years’ experience in the retirement industry, Sandra is highly respected for her management expertise and is well regarded by all within our communities. Focused on the health and wellbeing of our residents, Sandra has developed close relationships with local medical teams, care providers and pharmacists. She is passionate about the importance of social connections and can provide guidance on choices to support your independence and maintain your wellbeing.

Joining the team in 2019 with over 25 years’ previous experience in hospitality, Chris demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for bringing people together and describes his relationship with many of the residents as feeling like a member of their extended family. Going above and beyond to support our residents and their families in their transition to retirement living, Chris puts people at ease through his empathy, respect and professionalism.

It’s no secret that James is a favourite of both residents and staff across all communities! Originally joining the business in a volunteer capacity in 2015 as part of the Duke of Edinburgh program, James helped residents with their computers and IT. He was then offered a position as a kitchen hand in 2017 and following that, an additional role in Sales in 2023. In 2024 James further progressed his career with OTA and is now Assistant Village Manager at The Crescent Brighton.

The first person that most people interact with when they consider moving to a OneToAnother Community is Julie! With over 20 years’ experience in the retirement living sector, Julie joined the team in 2020 and has been a trusted guide for many ever since, in their retirement living journey.

A familiar face across all areas of the business, Kellie has been with OneToAnother from its very beginning. Originally commencing with Buxton Construction over 20 years ago in the role of Executive Assistant, working alongside Richard Buxton, Kellie is a wealth of knowledge on all projects and communities.
 
Fast forward to today, Kellie’s focus is on guiding OTA clients through the sales process from reservation to contract exchange, settlement and the smooth handover of new residents to Village Management. 

With over a decade of experience in the retirement living sector, Timeke has developed a deep understanding and appreciation of what today’s retiree is seeking in their retirement lifestyle. Leveraging these insights, Timeke ensures that all marketing communications and activities are resident-focused to ensure they resonate with what modern and discerning seniors are looking for in a retirement community.

Supporting both the Managing Director and General Manager at OneToAnother, Bridget brings over 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ensuring seamless management of administrative requirements across the business.
