James Hamilton – Assistant Village Manager

It’s no secret that James is a favourite of both residents and staff across all communities! Originally joining the business in a volunteer capacity in 2015 as part of the Duke of Edinburgh program, James helped residents with their computers and IT. He was then offered a position as a kitchen hand in 2017 and following that, an additional role in Sales in 2023. In 2024 James further progressed his career with OTA and is now Assistant Village Manager at The Crescent Brighton.

Fast forward to today, Kellie’s focus is on guiding OTA clients through the sales process from reservation to contract exchange, settlement and the smooth handover of new residents to Village Management.
