Samantha represents the next generation of the family business, bringing over two decades of industry experience across property development, marketing, sales, financial investment and Retirement Village management. Focused on delivering exceptional support to residents, Samantha is a well-known face across all communities, renowned for her approachable nature and steadfast focus on customer satisfaction.
Joining the team in 2008, Nolan has been instrumental in the evolution of the business which has now grown into a leading provider of Retirement Communities in Bayside, Melbourne. Responsible for all financial and general management operations of the communities, Nolan is a trusted and respected contact amongst the team, residents and their families.
With an extensive background in both retirement living and aged care, Greg is an experienced manager adept in retirement community operations including resident satisfaction, service delivery, food management and quality, building maintenance and contractor management. Working in concert with our Village Managers, Greg is continually reviewing processes and outcomes to improve services to our residents.
With a background in health services and with over 20 years’ experience in the retirement industry, Sandra is highly respected for her management expertise and is well regarded by all within our communities. Focused on the health and wellbeing of our residents, Sandra has developed close relationships with local medical teams, care providers and pharmacists. She is passionate about the importance of social connections and can provide guidance on choices to support your independence and maintain your wellbeing.
Joining the team in 2019 with over 25 years’ previous experience in hospitality, Chris demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for bringing people together and describes his relationship with many of the residents as feeling like a member of their extended family. Going above and beyond to support our residents and their families in their transition to retirement living, Chris puts people at ease through his empathy, respect and professionalism.
