OTA ACQUIRES THE HISTORIC MARINE HOTEL SITE
OnetoAnother have acquired 199-215 New Street, Brighton – the historic Marine Hotel site.
We have recently lodged a planning application for the redevelopment of the site into a Retirement Community. Our vision for the Marine Hotel site includes the meticulous restoration of the original 1860s building. Importantly, the site would no longer operate as a public venue, transitioning instead to a peaceful retirement community that will make for a considerate, low-impact neighbor.
We have assembled an outstanding team of professionals to bring this vision to life, including:
